Terms of Service

Fees: Tutorial tuition becomes non-refundable on or after the date the tutorial is scheduled to begin. You may join the tutorial at any time and receive all materials regardless of when you start.

Supplies: Supply lists are suggestions. Substitutions may be made in many cases or omitted completely if desired. Keep in mind that having proper tools will greatly enhance your experience and improve your success with the projects. Feel free to add your own flair and style to create pieces that are uniquely yours.

Content: All images, materials and content posted in association with my tutorials are copyrighted and remain the sole property of Kell Belle Studio with exclusive rights to their use. Any distribution or reproduction wholly or in part either for profit or otherwise is strictly prohibited without my express written consent.

Copying: You are permitted to burn one copy of each lesson including video and PDF files to a single disc (or disc set if multiple discs are required to complete the process) however, the collection is intended for your personal use only and may not be resold.

Selling: You are permitted to offer for sale the works you produce as a result of what you have learned in the tutorials offered here. However, you may not offer for sale in any form, duplicates or reproductions of my work. If you have to ask if your work is appropriate to sell, it probably isn't. Use good judgment or feel free to ask me first.
